Qualifications / Experience

Master's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent

At least 8 years of experience in Human Resources

Your profile

Solid experience in HR business partnering, talent management and HR project implementation.

Experience in a regional, multicultural or multi-country environment is strongly preferred.

Strong knowledge of core HR processes, including recruitment, learning and development, workforce planning, career management and performance management.

Experience with HR systems and digital tools, including HRIS and performance management platforms.

Ability to support the implementation of HR transformation and organizational change initiatives.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to build, trust and collaborate effectively, support and influence stakeholders across functions/countries.

Your challenges

Facilitate collaboration across HR teams and countries to encourage knowledge sharing, alignment and the dissemination of best practices.

Lead recruitment of key roles across Cluster, in partnership with local teams and hiring managers.

Support the implementation of grading framework and ensure consistency in role structuring.

Promote talent mobility and internal career opportunities across entities where relevant.

Coordinate performance and potential review campaigns, including manager readiness, collection of evaluations, calibration processes and follow-up on key outcomes.

Contribute to the development of career management tools and frameworks, including interview guides, career paths and development frameworks for key roles.

Produce and consolidate HR reporting for monthly HR reviews, action plan follow-up and other governance forums.

Contribute to budget preparation by supporting workforce planning, people cost projections.
