Remote Assistant – Full-time – US$1,300/month

Aregcode LLC is a US-based software development studio. We design, build and maintain custom web apps, mobile apps, APIs, AI integrations and internal tools for clients, delivered in weekly sprints. We are looking for an organized, proactive Remote Assistant to keep our projects, clients and team running smoothly. This is a fully remote, full-time position.

What you will do

Manage calendars and schedule client calls, discovery calls and weekly demos

Handle email correspondence with clients in English and keep follow-ups on track

Support project coordination: track tasks, deadlines and milestones with the development team

Prepare documents, quotes, invoices, reports and meeting notes

Keep our CRM, project tools and files organized and up to date

Do online research and support ad-hoc projects

English at C1 level minimum (written and spoken) – this will be tested

At least 1 year of experience as an assistant, executive/virtual assistant, project coordinator or similar role

Comfortable with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office; experience with tools like Notion, Trello, Jira or a CRM is a plus

Interest in tech and software is a plus (no coding required)

Excellent organization, reliability and attention to detail
