Duties
Detect and prevent fraud related to loan applications
Verify information provided by customers and sales representatives
Contact customers by phone to confirm their information
Analyze credit files and identify potential risks
Participate in investigations in cases of suspected fraud
Ensure compliance with internal procedures
Write simple reports on the verifications performed
Le profil recherché
Two years of post-secondary education (or equivalent experience)
Required Skills
Strong analytical and observational skills
Ability to work independently
Good verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with basic computer software
Commitment to confidentiality
Basic English communication skills, WOLOF
Must have an Android smartphone
Must be comfortable communicating over the phone
