The purpose of this consultancy is to deliver time-bound information management and emergency reporting outputs to support regional preparedness and response monitoring related to Ebola Virus Disease and other public health risks in West and Central Africa.

To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have…

Education

Advanced University degree in one of the following fields: Data management, Information management, social sciences, public administration, law, public health, nutrition, international relations, business administration or other related disciplines.

Work Experience

At least two years of relevant professional experience in information management, data analysis, emergency reporting or related fields.

Experience supporting humanitarian preparedness, response monitoring or public health emergency reporting.

Experience consolidating, quality-assuring and analysing data from multiple sources and preparing clear reporting products.

Language

French and English

Knowledge/Expertise/Skills

Professional experience in humanitarian emergency reporting, information management or related fields, including at least two years at the international level.

Desirables:

Previous experience with UNICEF or the UN system.

Experience in humanitarian information management and emergency reporting.

Proficiency in Power BI, ArcGIS or similar visualization tools.

Experience supporting public health emergency responses.
