Manufacturing Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Manufacturing Supervisor to lead production operations within a high-performance, world-class manufacturing environment. This role is suited to someone who enjoys working close to operations, leading teams, and driving consistent delivery against quality, efficiency, and production targets.

You will be responsible for supervising manufacturing activities, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting a team with varied strengths to perform at their best in a structured, inclusive environment.

Your Day-to-Day

Production & Operations

Oversee the preparation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of production equipment (machining, processing, assembly, and packaging)

Ensure production is performed in line with specifications, schedules, and volume, cost, and loss targets

Monitor production quality, identifying, removing, or reworking defective products

Ensure accurate daily production reporting to support performance tracking and analysis

Lead the movement, handling, sorting, and packaging of raw materials and finished goods

Oversee machine setup, calibration, and operation to maintain optimal performance

Team Leadership & Supervision

Lead, coach, and support a team of production and operational staff

Provide clear direction on daily tasks, priorities, and work plans

Set and monitor daily and weekly performance targets to ensure consistent output

Create a respectful, inclusive, and high-performing team environment

Provide regular feedback and support team development

Process, Compliance & Continuous Improvement

Ensure alignment to company policies, procedures, and operational standards

Drive compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
